Paxton Evergreen is entirely funded by one founding family. Unlike traditional private equity or search funds, we do not have outside investors influencing our decisions. We intend to own our portfolio businesses for generations.

Cost cutting is never a primary reason for our investments. We look for standout businesses with solid, high-performing teams already in place. Our goal is to add technology and other resources to help great teams perform even better.

Streamlined Process

Our highly automated diligence and valuation process allows us to get to a decision quickly. We don't have investment committees or other complicated partnerships to consider. A single individual can unilaterally authorize all investment decisions.

INVESTMENT CRITERIA

Target Investment Size

Ideal acquisition candidates are valued between $5-$10mm, although there is some flexibility at both ends of the range

Target Sectors

We are largely sector agnostic, but we prefer to own businesses that focus on selling to other businesses (B2B)

Established Businesses

Your business must have a minimum of 7 years of operating history to be considered for investment
